Orders placed on weekdays before 3pm EST, for in-stock items, will ship that same day.
Orders placed on weekends for in-stock items will ship on the following Monday.
We use UPS for all our shipping.
UPS offers daily tracking of your shipment.
Delivery time is determined by shipping method chosen at time of checkout and is based on business days. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment in their shipping guide. When the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment, the decision by the carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.
